Mexican Blue Palms are highly desired for their unique appearance. This is another palm that can be used in a variety of landscape designs ranging from tropical to Mediterranean and even moderate desert styles. Because of their silver - blue color, Mexican blue palms make excellent focal points in any landscape and are stunning at night, when spotlights illuminate the trunks and fronds from the ground. 

These palms require very little maintenance, minimal pruning and are very cold hardy. Plant Mexican blue palms with other palm varieties or near larger shade trees to get an interesting contrast of colors.
