The Agave family has a number of different species all of these succulents have something special to offer to any landscape style. The Agave scabra or commonly known as the Rough Agave is a medium sized agave that will reach 2-3' high by roughly 3-5' tall. These succulents work will in all landscape styles from water-wise to tropical and planters these will add a beautiful texture like no other agave can. These grow in a loose rosette form with outward curling leaves and are a beautiful light gray green color. These agave species are very tolerant to a number of planting conditions and soil types. These plants can handle adverse cold conditions as well, down to 10 degrees making these succulents suitable for nearly any planting local.
