Dwarf Oleander (Nerium oleander )
Oleanders are planted as large hedges for privacy and color. They can reach 15 to 20 ft tall with deep water and can be kept trimmed much lower. They are extremely fast growing and dominate any location where they are planted.
Bright colored flowers appear late spring and continue in cycles through fall. Colors include white, pink, red and there are single petal and double petal blooms. Many dwarf varieties exist for more aesthetic uses around the home
