Sago Palm Care Guide

Sago Palms require little in the way of regular maintenance. These ancient palm style trees are extremely hardy and can be planted nearly anywhere. They handle both extreme heat and cold. Fertilize regularly for best results. Watering should be deep, down to 36” each watering to ensure the palm has enough water to use during the heat of the day. Never keep these palms too damp, they like to dry between each watering.
