The Bacon Avocado is an oval-shaped fruit with smooth thin speckled dark green skin. Like other avocados, it’s a pale yellowish-colored flesh and has a buttery and creamy texture. These are medium-sized tree that is evergreen providing year-round shade. The Bacon Avocado produces a bit later than other varieties, typically mid to late winter. This makes them a perfect accompaniment to plant with early-producing avocados to extend out your fruit-producing season keeping fresh fruit from your yard on your table longer.
