Plumeria (Plumeria var.)

DESCRIPTION

Plumeria

Plumeria var.

Plumeria frangipani

Plumeria are typically grown as a large bush and can be trained and trimmed like a small tree. Typically, you see the Plumeria reaching heights of 10-12’ tall. These attractive plants have many landscape uses and can be planted nearly anywhere. Plumeria come in a wide range of varieties and colors, and work well in pots as well.

Native to Central and South America, the plumeria find themselves right at home in our hot conditions which makes them easy to grow across the Southwest, growing especially well in the coastal regions of Southern California. Grow plumeria in slightly acidic soil for best results, fertilize with Super Charged Moon Juice and Moon Dust during the cooler months, this will help produce the best foliage and bloom cycles from your plumera.
