OFFICIAL SWEEPSTAKES RULES
ELIGIBILITY: Arbor Day Moon Juice Giveaway (“Sweepstakes”) is governed by these official rules (the “Official Rules”) and is open and offered only to legal residents of Arizona, California, Nevada, Texas, Tennessee, Georgia, and Florida with a valid government-issued photo ID reflecting (i) an address in one of those states; and (ii) that the resident is 18 years of age or older at time of entry. Void where prohibited by law. Employees, officers, directors, and representatives of Moon Valley Nurseries (“Sponsor”), their immediate family members (including spouses, parents, siblings, children, step-parents, step-siblings, and step-children, regardless of where they live), and their same household members are not eligible to participate in the Sweepstakes.
HOW TO ENTER: During the Entry Period (defined below), individuals may submit entry on Instragram by following @moonvalleynurseries and tagging the account on a post or story. No purchase or payment is necessary to participate in, or win, the Sweepstakes. A purchase or payment will not improve the chances of winning. Participants may not create multiple social media accounts in order to enter the contest more than once, and Sponsor will consider any entries submitted by the same individual from multiple accounts to be ineligible. The sponsor will only consider one entry per individual. Please do not post duplicate or near-duplicate entries.
ENTRY PERIOD: The Sweepstakes “Entry Period” begins on April 24, 2026, and ends on April 26, 2026, at the close of business. Entries received before or after the Entry Period are not eligible.
AGREEMENT TO OFFICIAL RULES: All participants in the Sweepstakes (“Entrants”), by their participation, acknowledge, accept, and agree to these Official Rules, Sponsor’s Privacy Policy (which can be found at http://moonvalleynurseries.com/privacy-policy), and consent to be contacted by email and telephone.
ODDS OF WINNING: The odds of winning the Prize (defined below) depend upon the total number of eligible entries received by the Sponsor during the Entry Period.
SELECTION OF POTENTIAL WINNER: A representative from Sponsor’s marketing department will randomly select the potential winner on or about April 27, 2026, from among all eligible entries received. Winning a prize is contingent upon the potential winner’s full compliance with these Official Rules, and the Sponsor’s decisions as to all matters related to the administration of the Sweepstakes and selection of the potential winner are final. The sponsor will notify the potential winner by email on or about April 27, 2026. If the potential winner cannot be contacted within fifteen (15) business days, Sponsor will randomly select an alternate potential winner from all eligible entries received.
PRIZE: The winners of the Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes Winner”) will be awarded a free bottle of Super Charged Moon Juice, with one Grand Prize winner receiving a year's supply of Moon Juice (4 bottles total). The approximate retail value (“ARV”) of the Prize is $49.99, while the grand prize value is $199.99. The ARV of the Prize is subject to price fluctuations based on, among other things, any gap in time between the date the ARV is estimated for purposes of these Official Rules and the date the Prize is awarded or redeemed.
All details with respect to the Prize will be determined by the Sponsor at its sole discretion. The Sweepstakes Winners must be 18 years of age or older. No transfer of the Prize is permitted. The Sweepstakes Winners are responsible for all costs and expenses associated with the Prize or this Sweepstakes unless expressly stated otherwise in these Official Rules.
NO CASH OR OTHER SUBSTITUTIONS ARE PERMITTED, EXCEPT BY THE SPONSOR, WHICH RESERVES THE RIGHT IN ITS SOLE DISCRETION TO SUBSTITUTE ANY PRIZE FOR A PRIZE OF EQUAL OR GREATER VALUE.
TAXES: The Sweepstakes Winner is solely responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes, including taxes imposed on the Sweepstakes Winner’s income. Any person who wins $600 or more in total prizes from the Sponsor in a calendar year will be issued an IRS Form 1099 reporting the value of those prizes to the IRS. The Sweepstakes Winner may be required to provide Sponsor with valid photo identification and a valid taxpayer identification number or social security number before receiving any prize. The Sweepstakes Winner also may be required to provide a W9 tax form to Sponsor before receiving any prize.

GENERAL CONDITIONS: Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Arizona. Entrants by their participation consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of Arizona courts (state and federal) for any causes or controversies arising out of the Sweepstakes. EACH ENTRANT AGREES THAT ANY AND ALL DISPUTES, CLAIMS, AND CAUSES OF ACTION ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SWEEPSTAKES OR ANY PRIZE SHALL BE RESOLVED INDIVIDUALLY, WITHOUT RESORTING TO ANY FORM OF CLASS ACTION. Each Entrant waives any and all objections to jurisdiction and venue in these courts. All applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. Persons may only enter the Sweepstakes in or from the United States. Entries originating from any other jurisdiction are not eligible.
We may collect information about you so that we can enter you into, and communicate with you about, the sweepstakes, including contact information (such as your name, address and email), sensitive personal identifiers (such as your social security number, taxpayer identification number, and driver’s license for verifying winners and complying with tax law), and any other personal information you choose to provide. We also may use this information for other business purposes, such as legal compliance, marketing communications, internal auditing, and detecting security incidents. All personal information collected from Entrants may be used in accordance with Sponsor’s Privacy Policy, which is accessible to people with disabilities.
Except where prohibited by law, the Sweepstakes Winners grant to the Sponsor and its advertising agencies, without additional compensation, the right to use and publish the Sweepstakes Winner’s photos, proper name, likeness, voice, opinions, and biographical information in any media to promote Sponsor and the Sweepstakes.
This sweepstake is sponsored by Moon Valley Nurseries, located at 14000 N. Pima Road, suite 150, Scottsdale, AZ 85260. The sponsor will provide a list of Sweepstakes Winner(s) upon request. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud or any other factor impairs the integrity of the Sweepstakes, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. If in Sponsor's opinion, there is any suspected or actual evidence of electronic or non-electronic tampering with any portion of the Sweepstakes, or if technical difficulties compromise the integrity of the Sweepstakes, the Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to void any entries at issue (including disqualifying any Entrant who tampers with the entry process), and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes, in whole or in part, at any time without notice. Under such circumstances, Sponsor reserves the right to award Prizes in a random drawing from all eligible entries received before the time of cancellation.
Sponsor assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction of, unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries. Sponsor is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any email or entry received by Sponsor on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on or at any website, any combination thereof, or otherwise, including any injury or damage to an Entrant’s or any other person's computer related to or resulting from participation in the Sweepstakes.
The Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with, Facebook. By participating, each Entrant agrees to completely release Facebook from any and all claims, known or unknown, that Entrant has or may have against Facebook in connection with the Sweepstakes.
The Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with, Instagram. By participating, each Entrant agrees to completely release Instagram from any and all claims, known or unknown, that Entrant has or may have against Instagram in connection with Sweepstakes.
CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES MAY BE A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND, SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, THE SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
