Bill Serva has been working in IT for over 25 years across several industries, including foodservice distribution, retail, and not-for-profit companies. Since April of 2022, he has worked for Moon Valley Nurseries as their Chief Technology Officer.
Bill is a passionate, strategic partner who leverages relationships and technology to create a future where everyone achieves more. Having a solid background in IT operations, he has successfully built scalable technology solutions that support rapid growth. Bill has also led several digital transformation efforts, including cloud-based POS implementations and the consolidation of legacy systems to world-class enterprise applications.
Bill holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Arizona and an MBA from the University of Phoenix. He has also held the Project Management Professional credential since 2013. In his free time, he is a volunteer Board Member for Career Connectors, an Arizona non-profit that connects professionals in career transition with hiring companies and quality community resources.
