Jennifer Martin serves as the Vice President, Human Resources and Head of People for Moon Valley Nurseries. She brings over 20 years of experience in the retail and hospitality industries, with a background that includes leadership roles at Target, Marriott, and PetSmart.

Jennifer began her career in retail operations before transitioning into Human Resources at Target. Since then, she has led multiple Human Resources teams and has also overseen HR Centers of Excellence in Talent Acquisition and Employee Relations. Her leadership is defined by a collaborative style and a strong service orientation, shaped by her years in the hospitality sector.

With a clear understanding that business success is driven by the people behind it, Jennifer focuses on aligning talent strategies with organizational goals. She is committed to partnering on business initiatives and optimizing team performance to support growth and long-term success. 

Outside of work, Jennifer enjoys traveling, gardening, reading, and spending time with family and friends.
