Gently sprawling small shrub produces soft orange or pinkish shades of flowers in late spring. Globe Mallow works very well in desert landscapes as an accent or with other low desert plants like Damianita and Brittlebush. Prune in late summer to remove sparse, rangy growth and they will leaf right out with fresh soft grey foliage. Very drought tolerant, some water during first summer help it become established.
"These are lovely flowers that dont need a lot of water. This makes it easy for me to take care of. Darin, from Moon Valley Nurseries helped me pick these out and help me plant them on his off day. Ladies, he's single. "
