Sedum comes in many shapes and colors and has many landscape uses. Sedum can be used in borders, planters, gardens, and pots both indoor and outdoor as well. Sedum is an extremely hardy succulent that does well in many soil types as well as being planted on hillsides. These succulents are smaller than most growing only 6-10 inches tall and up to 24 inches wide. Planting Sedum on borders makes for a beautiful transition from one area to the next and once established these are a very water-wise selection as well as being fire-wise as well. One of its key features is the dramatic foliage color, whether it be a golden color, lime green or blue-green you are after the Sedum can appease you.

Sedum is a full to part sun succulent and will produce white blooms in late spring into early summer with mild temperatures. Sedum can be very hardy once established and withstand cooler temperatures like we experience from Southern California through Arizona. Like other plants, these succulent shrubs do need to be feed and we recommend monthly applications of Moon Dust Fertilizer as well as Moon Juice to keep your succulents growing and strong. "This stuff is so cool. You plant it and it'll spread out over the ground to create a grass-like covering around your landscape. Pro Move: plant some in a pot on its side in your yard and it'll grow so it looks like its spilling out of its pot!"
