Dwarf Yaupon Holly is a very tough little shrub that can be used as a border plant, along walkways, and around rocks. Dark, olive green foliage blends well in tropical yards and desert landscapes. Small, off-white flowers appear in the Spring and are insignificant. Plant in well-drained soil and water deeply. They are fairly drought tolerant after they have been established and thrive in the desert heat.
