His career includes a tenure as Senior Vice President of Real Estate & Strategy at General Growth Properties and leading real estate expansion and construction development as Vice President at PF Chang's. Dix has honed his skills across diverse sectors of the shopping center industry, particularly in the food and beverage sector, as well as general retail and big-box development.

Currently serving as Vice President, Director of Real Estate at Moon Valley Nurseries, he brings a robust portfolio of successful deal-making skills, leadership, and strategic partnerships. Graduating with high honors from the School of Business at Hillwood Lakes (at The State College of New Jersey) with degrees in Marketing, Strategy, and Management has equipped him with a solid foundation in negotiations, business strategies, and market trends.
